Former Lead Indiana Certified Safety and Health Officer providing OSHA style wall to wall evaluations to keep employees safe. Specializing in general industry inspections to insulate employers from injuries, workman’s compensation claims, lost time, and citations.  Unlike most consultants, my time is spent in the facility observing all processes, and specializing in machine guarding and Lockout/Tagout, I will not just keep a facility safe on paper, but safer in reality. Inspections are less than the price of one Serious/High probability IOSHA violation. Inspection and evaluation is 4400.00 for an average facility of 150k square feet or less with no hourly charge, mileage, or additional fees. Larger facility or multiple facility discounts available based on manufacturing space with warehouse discount based on a developed matrix.

Service includes:

• Review of all industrial processes and equipment operations to maintain OSHA compliance. Multiple visits until review is complete and review of all shifts. 
• Evaluation of safety and health programs.
• Evaluation of training programs and documentation.
• OSHA approved training materials so the employer can train their employees on day one.  No ongoing or hourly consulting fees by providing editable documents as property of the company.
• Provide certain air sampling results and noise sampling are included.
• Provide a written report prioritizing addressing hazards and abatement assistance.
• A complete list of IOSHA frequently cited hazards and how to handle an inspection.

If needed:

• Immediate response to incidents or an OSHA contact available in Northern Indiana.
• Assistance with non-formal complaints that can result in inspections if not properly handled.
